Residential Counselor - Direct Care Professionals:
Seeking Part-time, Full-time, Overnight, and Substitutes
Make a difference in the lives of persons with disabilities! Join a forward thinking, expanding nonprofit agency providing support services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Looking for Full-time, Part-time, Overnight, and Substitute RESIDENTIAL COUNSELORS to provide direct support to individuals living in group homes in Prince William County. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.

Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent; excellent written and verbal communication skills; a Valid Virginia Driver's License; a Licensed U.S. driver with a good driving record during the past three years of continuous driving experience; the ability to attend and pass onsite trainings within the first 30 days of hire; and a BIG Heart desiring to help make the lives of our residents a Life Like Yours! Criminal and Child Protective Services Background investigations will be conducted.

Supported Living - Program Manager:
Make a difference in the lives of persons with disabilities! We are looking for an experienced direct care professional to join our team as a SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAM MANAGER.

Requirements: In addition to all other requirements, applicant must have experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field, including Social Work, Psychiatry, Nursing, or other related field. Experience working in the community with persons with disabilities and case management REQUIRED.
